Ingredients

1 1/2 oz 9north Especiado Rum
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Aperol

Assembly

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a double old fashioned glass with a large cube and garnish with a lemon twist.
