Ingredients

2 oz 9north Especiado Rum
1 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Egg White
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Assembly

Combine all ingredients and dry shake to incorporate air. Add ice and shake well to chill. Strain into a coupe and garnish with bitters.
