No Mull Cider

Ingredients

2 oz 9north Especiado Rum
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 tsp Simple Syrup
1/4 oz Grenadine
1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
San Pellegrino Aranciata Sparkling Water

Assembly

Combine all ingredients except for the Maraschino Liqueur and shake with ice. Strain into a Collins glass with ice and top with San Pellegrino. Float Maraschino Liqueur on top after adding San Pellegrino.
