Ingredients

1 1/2 oz 9north Especiado Rum
1 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
5 Mint Leaves
2 Dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
2 oz Prosecco

Assembly

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a coupe, then top with 2 oz Prosecco. Garnish with a mint leaf.
