A unique name and an unprecedented flavor profile

9north lives at the intersection of culinary traditions and cultural experience. The name honors the 9th parallel that ties Panama (the source of our quality rum) with Southeast Asia (the inspiration of our flavors).

Our Carta Blanca rum, with its natural grassy notes and mild tannins, blends beautifully with our individually selected flavors. You will find notes of green tea, lemongrass, ginger, citrus (lemon and orange), vanilla and light aromatics reminiscent of jasmine and chrysanthemum.
